Orders & Returns Frequently Asked Questions
Important Information for you to know before you order from Spirit Accessories.
Orders placed will ship from Spirit Accessories in 72 hours if the items ordered are in-stock. If your order is due by a certain date, please indicate the date when placing your order. If there is a problem with the in-hands date we will notify you of delivery date.
Custom Orders & Personalization
Including: pom pons, shorts and shirts with custom lettering, bags with names, and any other garment with personalization. These orders take up to 2 weeks to customize and are non-returnable. Group Orders with custom Design T-shirts take up to 2 weeks to complete.
Your shipping cost is determined by your order total. Orders shipped 2nd Day or Next Day will be charged air shipping per box. For Example, a large order that requires 2 boxes will be charged 2nd Day $5.00 extra per box or Next Day $15.00 extra per box.
Note: Most orders require 1 box.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Transit time varies state to state.
Tulsa (Oklahoma) Metro Area residents may pick up their orders at the Spirit Accessories store.
Hawaii and Alaska will be charged 2nd Day Air shipping.
When we ship your merchandise you will receive an e-mail confirmation from "UPS Quantum View Notify" which will include a tracking number.
All international shipments will be charged Next Day Air shipping charges. We will ship those packages through the United States Postal Service.
Canada and Mexico will be charged 2nd Day Air. Those packages will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. All International Shipments will take 5-15 days to receive.
Additional shipping will apply to heavy, multiple, and/or over sized boxes.
We will contact you with additional shipping charges before your order is shipped.
Customer Service will contact you via e-mail and/or phone if your stated in-hands date cannot be met due to backorder.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns may be made within 30 days. There is no restocking fee. Spirit Accessories is a company with quality products and triple level verification on shipping order to insure a complete and correct order. We view the ordering process online as a partnership between the customer and Spirit Accessories. Please verify your order prior to submition because that is the order we will ship your way. Shipping is a real cost for a company so if the order placed is correctly shipped the return/replacement shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
No returns or exchanges on personalized garments or on sale items.
Check, money order, Visa, Master Card, school purchase order, or letter of authorization.
School Purchase Order or letter of authorization (on school letterhead), must be signed and accompany order form.
Note: Payment must be received BEFORE your order will be processed.
State Tax in Oklahoma is 8.517%.
E-mail Product Coupons
Sign-up to receive periodic e-mail product coupon codes. Please enter the coupon code at the time of order. They will not be honored after the order is processed.
Sample Product Checkout Policy
Spirit Accessories offers our customers the ability to checkout samples for team fittings. We will preauthorize your credit card for $150.00 when the samples are sent. Utilize the samples to insure proper fit then return them within 30 days. If we don't hear back from the team that the samples are on their way back or that more time is needed, your credit card will be charged. Spirit Accessories wants to be your partner in getting the order right.
